What our PRPIL Graduates Say...

What you get when you choose the PRPIL route

PRPIL saves you money

PRPIL costs typically less than half of  other programs.

PRPIL saves you time

Most teachers complete the program in 4-6 months, and you can complete at your own pace.

Improve your practice

This professional collaboration helps improve practice within the classroom.

Progress while you teach

The program is tailored to working professionals - all program requirements are completed while you are teaching.

No additional coursework

You need 120 PDPs in pedagogy to enroll. This can be any combination of college EDU courses and in-service PDPs.

Supported along the way

PRPIL is a one-to-one program – you will receive ongoing support from two experienced educators - a mentor and an instructional consultant.

The PRPIL team is committed to ensuring that all schools' and districts' safety and health guidelines are followed for teachers enrolled in the program. PRPIL program requirements will support maintaining the health and safety of the PRPIL staff, program participants and their school communities. While the program has resumed onsite observation wherever possible, we will make flexible arrangements to meet specific needs as requested. Virtual meetings with mentors and teachers, and electronic submission of final portfolio continue as part of the regular program.
